Your incompetance with your title has caused many people to go looking for answers and this has prompted to post garbage like this Im pretty sure you donot need and log files or anything from our PC's to make your software behave as it should only some brain power and effort is required. NOTE it has nothing to do with my system it runs just fine for me in Oculus Rift DK2 its just your FAIL auto detect garbage that is getting it wrong as it does not know what my monitor is so it chooses 144Hz maybe try setting you game to choose a safer 60Hz or better yet let people over ride what the game choose's in the games config file. Yet here we are weeks after launch and this is still a problem such a FAIL. Seriously asking my 60hz flatpanel to do 144hz is rediculas and the only game I have had a problem with like this ever due to your incomplete options in the games config.
Is it realy so hard for you to allow us to choose our refresh surely you could have saved ya self effort coding a failed autodetect that doesnot work. How dare you remove my options then blame me for the problem fix yer Techland give us proper options and let us tell the game what settings we want not the game telling us what it wants. Or the developers could allow us to specify a refresh in the games config file to over ride its failing auto detection.
